For the first time on DVD, and remixed (by Simon himself!) in Dolby 5.1 surround, 9/19/2023 update: i have perfected it (at least for this dvd and i'll upload more later) Topaz Video AI did well at converting 30 FPS ... Simon Phillips - famous Polymetric Groove from the early 90s. Instrumental intro of Roger Daltrey's concert in Carnegie Hall in '94. I didn't go too crazy or convert to 60 FPS but i was testing setting and i got pretty good as you see here. Using version 3.4.3.
